How do I access the templates I purchased?
Once you complete your purchase, the files will be delivered directly to your email inbox. Make sure to check your spam/promotions folder just in case.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes! Most templates are fully customizable using Canva or Google Docs, depending on the product. You can change colors, text, and images to match your brand.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
Some templates may require Canva Pro, but many work with the free version. Canva Pro is highly recommended!
